Cooper Commons is a large, established master-planned community of single-family homes located in Chandler, Arizona. Situated south of Riggs Road and north of Hunt Highway, between the major arterials of Cooper and Gilbert Roads, the neighborhood was primarily developed in the early 2000s. The neighborhood consists of one and two-story residences with mature landscaping throughout.
The Cooper Commons community is governed by a Homeowner’s Association that is responsible for maintaining the extensive common area infrastructure. This includes a comprehensive network of greenbelts and paved walking and biking trails that connect multiple neighborhood parks and children’s playgrounds. An elementary school, part of the Chandler Unified School District, is also located within the community’s boundaries.

The community is surrounded by other Chandler, AZ, neighborhoods, including the active adult communities of Springfield Lakes and Sunbird Golf Resort and the luxury gated community of Bela Flor at Riggs.
